Exceptional
Liked: Nice Riad in the Medina of Fès. Rooms are a little bit outdated but this can be seen in the pictures before you book. But the garden is really beautiful and the perfect oasis for a relaxing afternoon after a walk through the Medina. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast delicious.
I plan on revisiting Fez just to stay here again
Liked: I loved everything about this property. The room was super spacious and well decorated. It made us feel like we were stepping back in time. The staff, especially the manager was lovely!

Very enjoyable place
Liked: This was wonderful to discover Fés. Conveniently located in the Medina, in a quiet place that can easily be reached, we enjoyed the wonderful and cool garden and pool, the spacious and tastefully decorated suites, as well as the warmhearted service from everybody here. We felt most welcome, also had a big and varied breakfast in the garden and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast, good tiny pool and amazing courtyard in the medina. Kids enjoyed the tiny loft beds in the family room.
Disliked: A few too many little flies in the room. Annoying enough that we tried to make our own little fly traps... This is maybe a bit too picky considering the environment.
Lovely
Liked: The location was great. The host was lovely. The ryad was absolutely beautiful and their resident pets were adorable.
Disliked: I was under the impression we would have our own washing machine as listed in the booking, not a paid laundry service.
Exceptional, special and memorable
Liked: Exceptional in every way. The Ryad, the food, but above all the hospitality of the Staff. The Ryad Manager could not do enough for us. Booking us a last minute guide to take us around the medina, arranging taxis for us to name but a few things. All Staff were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The pool was an added bonus in the heat. Also being greeted by the resident tortoises was always a treat too. We will return xx
