Exceptional
Beautiful historic.hotel boasting excellent service. An easy walk to surrounding restaurants/ kasbar
Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Eggs / fruits & pastries. Ample with good choice served on the roof terrace garden.The bathroom had a full sized bath & plenty of hot water. Beautifully furnished & decorated. The owner was obviously an art collector.. The staff headed by Aimad couldn’t have been more helpful with taxis & day trips. Nothing was too much trouble. The cafe was useful for occasional snacks / lunches etc.
Disliked: The rooms being a Riad were quite small & through necessity so were the beds. Given the pool was cleverly built into the hill it was adequate for mild swimming & just getting wet.
Amazing place to stay, and would be exceptional especially if they can fix the issue impacting the pool
Liked: Amazing location, beautiful decor, great staff, delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Renovations while we stayed, but given discount on arrival which was appreciated. There was an intense sewage smell in pool area though as it seems there is an open pipe or treatment area close by, which made pool area unusable. Also need to be aware it’s a popular cafe too, so will have a fair few people coming through to sit in garden but lots of other private spaces to use.

Liked: Loved the quirky layout & furniture, lots of different areas indoors & outdoor terraces
Disliked: Bed was a small double
Average but I won't be recommending this
Disliked: This was the last place we stayed in Morocco and easily the least appealing. The first room smelled mouldy, the bed was jammed up against the wall. To access a better room we had to pay significantly more money. The door didn't lock properly.
Liked: Old world charm at its finest. Room and the hotel is stunning. Breakfast is amazing. Staff are fantastic and location is excellent.
Disliked: It is old world so things like wifi are limited to certain areas. Pool was a bit of a trek and wasn't useable - wrong time of year.
Brilliant building, rooms, coastal views and gardens overlooking the Corniche( beach road)
Liked: Amazing location and labyrinth building wise. Fantastic gardens and coastal views. Great service and friendly host/sraff. Highly recommend
