Exceptional
Lovely Stay & Great Service
Liked: We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. A special mention goes to the gentleman who served the coffee every morning. He was exceptionally attentive, kind and professional, making sure every single guest felt welcome and well taken care of. Unfortunately, we don't know his name, but his thoughtful service really stood out and made our mornings extra special. The room was quite small, but perfectly fine for a stay of a few nights. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options, always fresh and beautifully prepared. The hotel is located outside the Medina, about a 10–15-minute taxi ride away, but this was absolutely fine for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was next to a room with a terrace, and on both nights we had some issues with noise from our neighbours. They were talking quite loudly and listening to music. At one point, they accidentally connected to the TV in our room via Bluetooth, causing music to play while we were trying to rest. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps a little reminder to all guests to be considerate of others would be helpful. After all, everyone deserves a peaceful and relaxing holiday – even when having a good time!;)
Semi Seclusion in the Heart of the City
Liked: From the first glance it was obviously meant to look lush, surrounded by tall, broad leafy plants. An oasis. Step from concrete and traffic noise into a pocket of calm. Floor to ceiling glass windows allowed the outside greenery into the dining area. Cordial, soft spoken reception staff greet you. Comfortable beds send you off to sleep and the dappled sun wakes you. The breakfast buffet was Lucius, service above the line. This hotel was a big surprise since I chose it sight unseen.
Disliked: I didn't like that I only had one night at this lovely boutique hotel. It is a gem. I will be sure to reserve again.

Liked: Close to bus fabulous breakfast clean modern
Disliked: It was pretty expensive
Liked: The staff is very welcoming and attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was delicious and of all taste. A big plus was that the restaurant was also open for lunch and dinner.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little too small.

Disliked: The rooms with a balcony are not for a light sleeper

Liked: Good, friendly staff. The room.was very clean and modern. The shower was a delight.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is away from the main city centre itself but easy to get to using ubers.
