Exceptional
A great stay
Liked: The two staff guys from the riad who met us at the ferry port and carried our heavy bags through the Medina to the property. I wish I got their names. They were so kind and thoughtful, making us mint tea on arrival, settling us in and nothing was too difficult for them. Thank you!
Hide-out
Liked: It's an amazing hide-out in the heart of the Medina with a wonderful terrasse decorated with flowers. It's very comfy and welcoming and definately worth staying more than just one day.
Perfect spot in the medina, caring staff
Liked: Two very helpful reception staff made this stay. The one who greeted me was kind, generous and full of guidance, and promised a breakfast box and a taxi for my early checkout. The second-shift staff member followed through: he got me the taxi and helped with my bags. The location is fabulous, so I covered a lot of ground easily. One small slip, no towels in my room, but everything else was so good that I won't dwell on it. Recommended.
Disliked: No towels in the bathroom and the drain was clogged in the shower.

Liked: The place was so welcoming and wonderful. The staff is amazing - friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind. The breakfast was also amazing. There were sweet and savory options, with homemade treats. The service is impeccable. The terraces are plentiful. They are connected to a great local restaurant, where you can order food or a tea while the sun sets over the city.
