Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: We had a sea view which was on the front of the hotel. Traffic quite loud
Great location, great views, exceptional property
Liked: Very nice property
Disliked: N/a
Not the best
Liked: Clean hotel and friendly/helpful staff
Disliked: The road noise, we were facing the main road and every night we would hear cars beeping and music playing until 4am in the mornings. Worst and louder on a Friday and Saturday. Hotel can invest in better sound control to give guest some peaceful nights sleep. Also neither of the pools where heated so could not enjoy them. Spa experience was awful, wanted a relaxing couple massage but to young girls giggling between them selves and whispering through the 1 hour massage, also stopping and starting through out while having there own conversation.
Liked: اوسخ فندق
Excellent
Liked: The location and rooms with balcone
Liked: Very helpful and professional staff.
Disliked: We had a drink on the rooftop, and I ordered a glass of Chardonnay. The waiter asked if I wanted red or white, which seemed strange, but I said white. He brought a glass of red wine, and when I said I had asked for a Chardonnay, he insisted quite rudely that I had ordered red. He very reluctantly took it back. This only stands out because all of the other staff we encountered were so courteous and professional.
