Fabulous
Terrible staff. Imposible to contact them
Liked: The location was perfect. The apartment was really nice clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, really good bed, nice view from windows, all facilites neeeded
Disliked: The staff was terrible. We arrived late, having informed them the hour of arrival in the ferry and they never answered. It was a nightmare. We nearly had to book another hotel. Eventually they video called us 2 hours after arriving and showed us how to get the keys. The phone number provided in Booking.com is wrong and still is. The person in charge is not the one mentioned in bookings.You don't really know who you are talking to.The next days we tried to contact them through the number they have video called us but communication was always difficult and they answered 4 hours late again. It was really disappointing and stressful. The shower is difficult to handle. Not enough hot water pressure and too hot or too cold

Centrally located, terrace is not usable
Liked: Centrally located. Large. Secure. Great amenities. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hot water pressure was very, very, low. The terrace is nothing like the photos. I was very excited to have some outdoor space, and the photos looked great. When I arrived, I was very disappointed. The terrace had not been attended to in quite some time. It could be cleaner.
Nice home but with limitations
Liked: I loved the location. All the shops are close by. I stayed for 7 days with a baby. The facilities are very good. Microwave, cooker, washing machine and lots of cutlery. It is spacious and the bed is lovely. TV has netflix and YouTube. Shower is very nice.
Disliked: No wardrobe to hang clothes. The sofabed is not great and on the floor. Mainly, there are ants all over the kitchen worktop. We had to constantly keep cleaning it. Not safe to leave food out even for a minute. It is a very steep short walk to the beach, main roads takes 15mins. The hot water is very hot, be careful. The host didn't address a few issues we had. Some of the windows don't lock, which is dangerous if you have young ones. Also only 2 pin plug sockets, we bought a 3 pin adapter. The toilets don't have a bidet, which I always found in Muslim countries. Can be noisy at night as it's very central to all the night life. Not great if you have a pushchair or pram, need to carry it up a flight of stairs.
