Good
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Everything was neat and comfortable, and we felt that it was definitely worth the money we paid. We would happily stay here again!
Disliked: During our stay, there was no automatic cleaning or change of bed linen, but this wasn’t an issue for us. If needed, you can simply request cleaning, fresh towels, bed linen, or anything else you may need during your stay, and the staff are happy to help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
Liked: There is nothing worth commenting on.
Disliked: The service was terrible. No mirror, no table, no TV—it was like a monkey enclosure.
A rare and very good find in Tangier
Liked: All the stuff were nice and helpful especially Kawtar,Nadia and Axel. The location was excellent, very near to all locations in Tangier. Very quite and no noise from traffic. We would like to come back again.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: The room clean.
Disliked: But it was full of mosquitoes we couldn't sleep well or stay in the apartment
Unpleasant stay
Liked: Location close to train station
Disliked: Mostly the property is clean, the 2 bedrooms, however in the living room the sofa is filthy with few marks on it. When arrived, the kids switched the TV but been shocked by inappropriate content. The first use of the bathroom the door couldn't be opened and being stuck for 5mn. The kitchen lacks all the basic stuff needed, the washing machine in the balcony is brocken with its door on the top. Really disappointed, I don't recommend 😕.
DISAPPOINTED 😞
Disliked: Very disappointing experience. The apartment did not look like the photos on the listing. The kitchen was practically empty there were no cooking utensils, no cookware, and not even a glass to drink water from. There was also no air conditioner in our apartment. When we asked the reception about it, they told us it wasn't necessary for the apartment to match what was shown on Booking. After we insisted, they said they could change our apartment the next day. However, every time we came back, there was no one at the reception to help us. Overall, the apartment was misleading, poorly equipped, and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here.
