Liked: Great communication. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and quiet. Nice rooftop space. Great location in the Medina. Very good price!
Disliked: Everything was just fine, nothing negative to report at all. I should have read more closely that it is a shared bathroom. But it was very clean.
Liked: The hotel was clean and centrally located, and Samir was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom, and the common areas were kept clean. Our room also had its own sink, which was really useful. Some rooms have own bathrooms, I think the hotel offers good value for money. There is also a nice terrace where you can relax. I just wish the rooftop area was open too.

Disliked: Our room was extremely small 3 meters X 6m. Not the picture shown. I felt things crawling although I didn't see anything. Too far into the Medina. Too much walking
Liked: Quiet. Let us keep our bags there after check out.
Disliked: Room is so small and there is no window and no air circulation
