  Would recommend this hotel for its location and ambience

  Liked: we were given a spacious suite upgrade with a separate sitting room.

  Disliked: Breakfast service was hit and miss. if tour groups arrived early food would run out and later comers were faced with empty dishes. service was disorganised. cooking station equipment did not work etc.

  Classy and historic hotel

  Liked: The history of the hotel was fun to learn about. We even got to see room 35 where Henri Matisse stayed for a year. The front desk manager set us up with a 2hour private tour and taxi to the bCTM station after check out.

  Fantastic staff and exceptional location

  Liked: The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the medina and kasbah. The property itself was stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The check-in experience was great and the staff helped us to our room. We booked the suite and we were welcomed with yummy treats upon arrival. The suite was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the the city and the sea. The breakfast was delicious including omelets, fruit, hot sides, and more. The hotel even allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours a few days after our group stay, before going to the airport. This was so kind. We will definitely return.

  Disliked: The communication via booking was very challenging and the phone number associated with booking.com takes you to another hotel. I needed to call internationally a couple of times to try to arrange aiport transfers for our grup and the communication would take days between responses online. I ended up booking the airport transfer through another company because of this.
