Exceptional
*** BEWARE ***
Disliked: Faulty bed frame caused back pain — then charged for damage We stayed here recently and unfortunately our experience was severely impacted by a faulty king-size bed frame. From the very first night, the bed sagged significantly in the middle — it was structurally unsound and completely uneven. This is not normal wear and tear — it is a clear defect with the frame itself. We reported it immediately. An inspector attended and confirmed the bed frame was faulty, yet we were simply told it was "still usable." It was not. We woke up with back pain every single morning — completely ruining the comfort and enjoyment of our holiday from day one. We have photos and videos showing exactly how badly the bed collapsed in the centre. To make matters worse, upon returning home, the owner has now demanded €150 from us for "damages" to a bed that was already faulty before we arrived — a fault their own inspector acknowledged during our stay. We believe guests should expect basic comfort and not be charged for pre-existing defects. Proceed with caution.
