Excellent location and sized apartment but with some issues
Liked: Excellent location and apartment and sized bedrooms Really enjoyed the apartment and the location was absolutely superb
Disliked: As it was winter season the apartment was a little cold The shower was really poor as the water trickled out - one of the showers was non existent Also needed to wait for the water to warm up if people showered one after another The WFI was poor as connection would freeze frequently - even rebooting the router didn't solve the issue
Superb apartment at a great location
Liked: Great and clean apartment with a big balcony. Very close to the beach/boulevard/train station. Conveniently located near the mall and several restaurants. The apartment was spacious with a big living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, closed kitchen and separate seating area. It was fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine and it was well-maintained. Great view as located on the 11th floor of a secured apartment building. There is a big parking lot right in front of the entrance of the building, but the apartment also comes with a parking lot in the basement of the building. All was well arranged and we would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay in great apartment in fantastic location - super value for money
Liked: Location was untouchable - 5 minutes walk from the railway station, cross the road to the beach and view of the beach ( sadly a new construction has just come in front blocking most of the view- but still fantastic location with many restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen
Disliked: Two of the bedrooms did not have Aircon but we managed by opening the windows. The small bathroom did not have hot water but again we managed. WIFI was a bit unreliable in the bedrooms but again it did not trouble us much.
Spacious apartment
Liked: We had a great experience for a family of 6. There was more than enough beds and space for us all. The apartment is close to all amenities and the beach. Host was very accommodating and assisted us throughout. Only slight negative is the noise from outside, dogs barking most the night with usual traffic noise due to location.
