Exceptional
They make you feel like family
Liked: Clean and very friendly staff thanks to all of them. Front staff, the spa, the breakfast, house keeping were very helpful and made us comfortable I would like to thank all of them
Disliked: nothing
Liked: Very well located. Spacious and clean apartments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful short break in a vibrant multi lingual city
Liked: Had a fantastic time. Excellent communication throughout. Breakfast outstanding - far better than the four star hotel I had been in in Amsterdam. All the staff incredibly helpful.
Disliked: Big kitchen with fridge freezer and microwave but a bit short of equipment. However I am in a minority as I like to cook when travelling. I also left behind some salt and olive oil for next guests
Exceptional service and location
Liked: The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, the location was great
