Exceptional
Awesome in Tangier
Liked: All of Riad stays were great. But Al-Qurtubi was my favorite. A 10 all around. Nuff said!

Liked: Everything. Staff, room was exceptional beautiful huge! Clean. The staff was exceptional. Helpful with any and all request.
Disliked: As with most riads many steps but the staff helped with luggage.
The state was a positive and enriching experience in Morocco
Liked: The terrace, the interior, the wonderful breakfast, the people working at the Riad
Disliked: It would be favorable to know if you get a room without windows to the exterior (only to the hallway) in advance. Unfortunately, at our stay, it did not smell nice out of the shower.
Liked: Simple, clean, beautiful. All the basics you need. Warm and friendly staff. Perfect location.
Disliked: Could benefit from a coffee maker in the common areas if not possible in the rooms, that would come in handy for early birds who like to caffeinate before 8AM. Could also improve punctuality of breakfast; starting 8AM should mean food is ready 8AM, not staff begin to prepare for breakfast at 8AM
Beautiful traditional riad with rooftop terrace near the upper Kasbah in Tangier
Liked: Beautiful riad in the upper part of Tangier, near the Kasbah; big rooftop terrace with views out to the sea; they also serve food (AND have beer and wine) on the terrace; friendly staff; good communication with the management (they issued a business receipt within 24 hours of our stay). Gorgeous wood and stucco detailing inside the traditional riad design.
Disliked: We had an early taxi to the airport (7:45) and there was no way to get an early breakfast (the coffee showed up at 7:42), so prepare something on your own if you need to leave early.
