  Liked: Good location but there were bedbugs

  Disliked: Bedbugs, no pots, pans or glasses in the kitchen All staff were great except for the manager Hameed, he was very inappropriate with my female friend who was very vulnerable.

  Good place if you want to party, definitely not good for sleeping

  The RIAD was the best I have been to in morroco so far

  Liked: The people no meet at the hostel were very accommodating and a diverse crowd, the staff was kind and the morning breakfast with tea or coffee excellent

  Excellent 🥰

  Liked: Excellent, good location and friendly staff so convenient for explore to that whole old medina and near all necessary facilities 🥰

  Disliked: Nothing for which I didn’t like that property, but it was bad time for me summer August very hot 🥵 days

  Sadly disappointed

  Liked: The young man at reception was very helpful.

  Disliked: We booked this at the last minute when another booking fell through. The room was not as promised. It wasn't clean. It smelt very mouldy. There was only one window which opened into the central atrium. It had to be kept shut due to people passing by all the time and it didn't lock properly. The room was very close to the main door which we don't think was shut at all in the night. Nor there are any photos of the rooms (except one of a corner of a dormitory) on the booking page. The rooftop terrace doesn't look at all like the photos. There was extra unnecessary stuff in the room. The so called air conditioner mostly didn't work; when it did (hot air only) it stopped after a few hours.

  Overall I won’t recommend this hostel

  Liked: The location is good

  Disliked: This hostel not following what they are mentioning in booking and unfortunately the reception not for 24/7h the number phone in booking is not available the room is smelly i couldn’t breath staff not really helpful
