A good choice in the medina
Liked: Authentic riad with unique decorative touches, able to keep bicycles inside the courtyard (although it was a tight fit to get them in). Access to fridge and kitchen.

Liked: We had an amazing stay with Munir. He met us at the taxi drop off point close to the medina, and escorted us to the hotel. Dar Tetuania is a beautiful small riad, approximately 300m from entrance into the Medina adjacent to the Royal Palace. The Dar has amazing views of the whole of the Medina and kasbah from its terrace, you can also just see the sea in the distance. Munir went out of his way to assist us anyway possible including offering a guide to see all the medina, which was very useful. Lotfi our guide gave us a 3 hr tour of the medina, helped explain its history, took us up to the kasbah and also to the Jewish area of the medina.
Disliked: Being in a medina, you have to navigate lots of stairs- hundreds. So if you have mobility issues you need to be aware of this.

Liked: Tastefully done with traditional old items.
Disliked: Moldy shower curtain. Bathroom odor, but that’s probably due to the heavy rains lately n the sewer system.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and the place was clean and beautiful
Disliked: Too much noise from other guests at night
