Fabulous
Liked: The check-in process was very easy and straightforward.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the property was very disappointing and clearly suffers from a lack of investment and ongoing maintenance. The apartment felt old, with extremely worn-out furniture, kitchen appliances, utensils, and blankets, combined with a persistent smell of humidity and no direct sunlight. Sleep quality was terrible; the bedroom mattress was soggy and sank heavily under weight, while the window faced a busy street with constant heavy lorry traffic throughout the night, making sleep nearly impossible. Additionally, we had no hot water during our stay because of issues with an outdated boiler, and the location was inconvenient, requiring navigation through narrow, steep, and rough roads. Given these overall conditions, the stay was significantly overpriced.
Don’t trust them!! They didn’t stare rules and then refused to refund. Kept all money for two nights
Liked: The property did not state the rules on the booking, and once I booked they told me that my driver couldn’t stay. I asked them for a refund and they said to go through the app and they would honour it. They did not and just took all the money for two nights I booked.
