Exceptional
Beautiful authentic Riad with a wonderful soul
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Maison De La Lune. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, and has a lovely traditional Moroccan atmosphere. The location in the medina is great for exploring Tétouan, and everything was clean and comfortable. The hospitality was excellent, and I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful Lucy and Ali were throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable and at home. I would definitely recommend Maison De La Lune to anyone visiting Tétouan, and I would be happy to stay here again!
Must try, good space. Ali is cool
Liked: It was an adventure
Wonderful Riad in the ancient Medina
Liked: I had the most wonderful stay at Maison de la Lune, it truly felt like stepping into an Arabian fairytale. Every corner of the house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character. I especially loved the hammam, as well as the peaceful garden and the rooftop terrace, which made the whole experience even more special. Ali was incredibly helpful and kind, he showed me around the town and shared so much knowledge about the area, its culture, and history. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated his support and guidance. Lucy, the owner, is just as lovely, so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A truly memorable stay that I would absolutely recommend 🤍
This is the place to stay in Tetouan
Liked: Maison de la Lune is a restored riad in Tetouan's beautiful medina. The tile on the floors and walls, the ceilings and the decorations are exquisite. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is hot water, soap, good towels, and a terrace to view the city. Before my stay I was in contact with Lucy, the owner. She was extremely helpful about the layout of the riad and how to get there. She speaks many languages, including English. I was lucky that Lucy was in town during my stay. She greeted me at my taxi and helped me find the riad (medinas can be like mazes) and transport my luggage. The riad doesn't serve breakfast but we went out to breakfast at local places that were close and I really enjoyed that. Lucy introduced me to Ali, a local Moroccan who gave me an unforgetable tour of the medina and helped me arrange a hamman. He also got me to the best rug store in Tetouan, Hamido Artesania Tradicional, as well as an authentic argan store. Ali also introduced me to other Moroccans, like Outhmane, who helped me navigate my exploration of the medina and the Spainish Enshance. All of this, because I booked my stay at the Maison de la Lune.
Disliked: My stay was great. No complaints.
A spacious and stylish Riad tucked away in the Medina. Super friendly and helpful Ali
Liked: The space was much bigger and more stylish than expected, so we had plenty of room, and access to different terraces and courtyard as well as internal seating area. We loved that the Riad was tucked away in the Medina. Ali, was amazing. He met us at the gates to the Medina and escorted us to the Riad, and then to a restaurant for dinner, and met us afterwards to guide us home. He was always available to help us and brought us breakfast. He was happy to act as our guide one day around the medina and helped us get a taxi and then a super taxi to get to Chefchaouen. Without him we would have been lost and hungry!
Disliked: It wasn't clear when booking that there were no staff on site, so we had to request breakfast to be brought in, but they were very happy to do this. he bathroom only had half doors and was off the kitchen that other guests could access.

Liked: Really nice beautiful and clean place.
Disliked: Ali was really helpful and very kind. Showed us mice places to visit.
