Very good
Liked: Very cute building, nicely decorated, large washrooms, two levels of rooftop terraces with great views, kitchen facilities, very quiet after 10 pm
Disliked: Awkward location, difficult to find, lost my way returning to the riad multiple times over 4 days and Google Maps wasn't a help. Wifi was extremely poor in my room and I was forced to sit on the stairs near the modem, as there was little common space near the wifi setup. Since I was there for 4 days, and the only person staying there for most of that time, I requested that they move me to another room with better wifi, but they refused unless I paid more. Let's just say customer service is not their strong point.

Liked: The King Room was lovely with beautiful decorations. The bed was enormous. All very comfortable. The shared bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Mohamed and Sabrin were very helpful.

Liked: I loved my stay at the riad, everything was clean, the home smelled good all the time, the kitchen had everything I needed, it was calm and peaceful. The room was clean and mattress comfortable. Mouad and Mohamed were both so nice and helpful, I had the best night of my life on the terrace ♥️…yes I 100% recommend and will certainly come back

Liked: We were very happy with our stay at Dar Hanae. It’s a small Riad in the heart of the Medina with a very nice terrace and stylish interior. We loved the big comfortable bed and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The place felt clean and safe and staff was responsive when we needed something. We were able to do laundry there and the room had AC. Great value for money
