Very good
Liked: Very kind staff. Very good breakfast. I would def book again!!! It looked clean and the fragrance (maybe it was some roomspray or aroma sticks inside was nice).

Liked: Rooftop was really great. The receptionist was nice, tried to help us.
Disliked: The room we staid was on the ground floor, facing reception. I don't know if owners don't realise how big of the problem that is. No privacy, no fresh air, constant noise. We slept just a few hours every night because of how hot was there. Also because we were woken up many times, when other guests tried to get to the acommodation and started pounding on the door and calling reception phone which nobody answeared for minutes. We had problem with shower, because water there was boiling hot or freezing cold. We complained. They couldn't fix it. It looks like they don't automatically clean rooms, you have to ask for it. To be fair, receptionist offer us free cancelation when we arrived and started complaining, but that was not a solution for us. There were no normal rooms left in Tetouan, because everybody books ahead. I would advise to describe a room better on Booking. If we knew about the window we would have never booked it.
Liked: Super friendly staff, just inside the medina. Nice view. Great room, always felt private. Didnt hear a bit inside my room. Beautiful building
Disliked: For me Tetouan offers less for tourists than other cities near, for that the money i paid is some € too high, compared to similar places
