  Hellish. Unacceptable. A Scam! Theft

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING. This property should never have been described as a Boutique Hotel. It is a complete dump with no facilities and should never have been offered to anyone who visits Alkmaar. In other words, it is a SCAM and needs to be investigated. Even the local people we spoke to had never heard of such a place. That information regarding this dump being advertised as holiday rooms and apartments is possibly hidden from other hoteliers who would be disgusted by the state of it. We arrived around midnight to find dirty towels on the shower room floor, excrement in the toilet and coffee cups but no kettle to boil water. We stayed for a few hours, never used the bed as nothing looked clean. There was no TV, no bedside cabinets, no wardrobe or chest of drawers. In other words, nothing! There were holes in the brick wall and no window. My husband and I sat in the two chairs provided for several hours while I phoned, in a complete rage, more than once during the course of the night. We left first thing in a very wet morning and had to find another Hotel to spend the week in. Thankfully, we managed to book a room in the Fletcher Hotel which was just lovely. Please refrain from allowing any other person to book this disgusting place.

Disliked: See previous answer. Again, absolutely nothing!!!
