  Can’t control shower water temperature

Liked: Property was cozy and well located. Staff was friendly. We had a problem with no heating or hot water and the owner come quickly to fix it.

Disliked: The shower was broken, the water was too hot and we could not control the temperature of the water. The stairs to the flat was very deep and uncomfortable to go up and down, specifically with baggage.
