  Liked: Staff & location

Disliked: Services, like my room was room 34 and I got given the key, i get told to leave a deposit but first my room was like 5 to 7 hundred meter away from the location of check in and it's fine, once there find the room and for my surprise the lock of room 34 is broken and the room stays open 24/7 plus is damaged so everytime you open and close it it makes a mad noise. That have to be sorted!

Liked: The reception is in another place which is 4 minutes away, the only good thing was the location and the staff were quite polite.

Disliked: You can only pay by cash and you're not able to pay my bank card, the sheets were dirty I could see very dirty spots which are not really visible by the pictures nor the toilet were Cline

  Waste of money

Liked: Except location, everything was too bad. And in the price 90€ per bed.

Disliked: Bunk bed was shaking, to climb on the upper one there was no any steps. No lockers at all, washroom was too small to stand and dirty. Stairs are very scary and narrow to reach on the 2nd floor with a hand carry was very difficult.

THE PLACE IS VERY BAD!!! No refund (which you will notice you need after the first night). Beds are small. Very heated d

  Liked: The staff & Coffee

Disliked: You are not able to receive a refund at all. After talking to the receptionist they told me that I had to email the manager but the manager has no mercy and just says no to you after almost 24 ours of waiting. The beds are very small. The lock on the room was broken (we usually left the door open on our room). The window can’t open more than a few centimetres. And during the night the room was so hot because of the crowd that were in it. The toilet’s cover was broken Every once in a while the was a very loud sound coming from the lobby or from the street which keeps waking you up during the night.
