Thank you again for a great stay at your hotel, i will 100% return at some point in the future

Liked: I have stayed here in the past and it was good then so i rebooked this time. The first time i stayed i actually got a free room upgrade which was unexpected but a great touch.

Disliked: Its actually quite hard to get a booking which just shows how good it is, dont leave it until last minute if you want to stay here because rooms sell out,
