  Liked: Great location, well furnished and comfortable. Excellent choice at breakfast and friendly helpful local knowledge.

  Disliked: No drawbacks for me, other than to say the stairs are steep and the treads are not very deep.

  Super helpful and friendly host, great quiet location

  Liked: It is in a great location for exploring the city, very close but not in a noisy area. Frank, the host, seems to have considered every need for the visitor and was very helpful. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at WestViolet and will be returning next time we're in Amsterdam.

  Amazing value for the money!

  Liked: Convenient location and plenty of space!

  Disliked: If you’re staying on the second floor, you can feel bad for entering the house late and possibly disturbing the downstairs room.

  A fantastic stay with a wonderful host, we would happily come back and highly recommend it

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay. Frank was an excellent host, very welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and exceptionally quiet, with very large, comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. We also loved having direct access to the garden, and meeting the lovely cat was a special bonus that made our stay even more memorable.

  Disliked: There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described.
