Hotel needs a bit of an upgrade

Liked: This hotel was extremely central, great location.

Disliked: The rooms are very small. Breakfast is nothing special. No kitchen facilities so no hot food. But the staff were really friendly. The bar was never open. Nowhere to sit and relax
