  Excellent place to stay

Liked: Rrsponse to all my queries were on time. Very accomodating. I was booked first to BobW. I kept adding my friends to the booking as we were arriving on different days on Amstefdam. We needed to do activities together. Thevresponse time and help to get them in was amazing. All by Whaysapp but worked so well.

Liked: Great location - seemed less check In - lovely staff

Disliked: No hot water for 24 hrs. No hint of apology or compensation

Hopefully we were just unlucky …

Liked: Good concept (no reception, community room, …) clean and modern rooms for a decent price (for Amsterdam that is).

Disliked: Enormous problems with the electronic key system (it didn’t work for both my partner and I). This was not solved immediately - also as there is no reception and the first contact is with a chatbot. Add to that no hot water during the first day and you end up with a semi-satisfied customer.
