  Liked: I like that it was close to the airport

  Disliked: The entrance in the property is impossible if you have no battery on the phone. There is no reception desk.

  We enjoyed the property, the staff, and the restaurant. We would definitely come back again!

  Liked: It was in a great neighborhood close to the airport and many options for dining/groceries

  Disliked: The virtual keys for entry to hotel and room didn’t always work. We had to get key cards because the link/cell signal/wifi wasn’t always working

  Not horrible but won’t return

  Liked: Online check in and entry code system convenient. Room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable and AC was great. Big balcony and renovated bathroom. Clean.

  Disliked: Paid parking lot quite a distance from hotel entrance. No elevator. Very busy and loud bar at the bottom floor with a patio you have to navigate to get to hotel entrance - several drunk patrons I had to try to persuade not to relieve themselves outside the door. Purposely paid extra for a “family” room with a sofa bed for my teenage son, which there was, but it was not made up as I asked it to be and there was no bedding or pillows in the room and since the hotel is unstaffed, no way to get anything. This was a huge disappointment. Pricy for where and what it is.

  Disliked: Neutral Hotel Review - Noise Levels: Extremely loud due to an on-site bar directly below the windows, with up to 40 people celebrating and music playing past 1 AM. - Sleep Disruption: Ear protection is necessary, yet voices and slamming doors remain clearly audible. - Bedding: The king-size bed features a single, heavy, and overly warm duvet—ideal for winter but uncomfortable in summer. - Transport Links: Poor connectivity to public transportation. - Staff Attitude: Unhelpful and unfriendly; staff prioritize bar service and appear annoyed by hotel guest inquiries.

  It suited me for a short stay. The bar staff from the cafe below carried my suitcase up

  Liked: The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly.

  Disliked: There was no lift. There were lots of stairs. The ducting in the bathroom meant you could hear everything from another bedroom. The Terrace was not maintained.
