  Liked: It was beautiful there bed was cozy

  Disliked: I had no heating at night and i had to use electric heater and the guy was hovering in my room so I had to kind of explain to leave.:/ it was only semi warm in the morning

  We spoiled ourselves

  Liked: our room was very well appointed and had a fabulous canal view. Close to all attractions and restaurants and the included breakfast was ample. The staff delivered our luggage to the room, we were very happy not to have to manage the stairs with it.

  We loved the location and room comfort during our stay. Staff was great!

  Liked: Loved the location of the Canal House and our room was spotless. The outside courtyard is lovely.

  Disliked: It seemed pricey! Also our room location took some work to get to - through the dining room and kitchen, elevator, down some stairs. Kind of crazy.

  Nice ambiance but poor room quality

  Liked: The staff and the location

  Disliked: Room 3 smelt of sewage despite the best efforts of the staff to remediate. Room 15 that we were changed to had a very unsafe trap door in the ceiling that fell down and nearly knocked my husband out.

  Perfect location, high standard great staff - will stay there again

  Liked: Just lovely. We had ground floor room onto garden and it was so lovely to walk out there or sit and have a drink.

  Disliked: All good but probably in future renovation lighten the colours - a lot of black - just a comment not a criticism
