  Nice hotel if it fits your budget

  Liked: I liked the hotel but it was €209 a night. Quite expensive, but compared to other hotels, this seems to be the going standard rate for Amsterdam for a night. I would say the quality was better than other Amsterdam hotels I stayed at and the location was vibrant and not filled with tourists.

  Disliked: I don't know how much others think is a fair price for a hotel, but I needed a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay for a night. This one met that, but it was expensive for a single night, €210 for a Sunday night

  Location Perfect

  Liked: The location was perfect.

  Disliked: The noise from the central heating system was noisy and let down the hotel.

  It was good until it wasn't when my product disappeared from my room

  Liked: Location

  Disliked: One of my beauty products disappeared from the room and the answer of the hotel is I should have put it in the safe, which doesn't make sense, I will not put all my toiletries in the safe, what about my luggage? Also in the safe? if they are not accountable for the safety of what I leave in the room?

  Not going back there again

  Liked: Respectful staff and always available.

  Disliked: The AC didn’t work at all, maintenance staff didn’t fix it for 4 days! Even though we paid extra money for an air conditioned hotel. MONEY WASTED.

  good solution and location. I'd eat outside though:)

  Liked: overall good experience, comfortable, quiet and well located in short distance from city center. restaurant offers OK food but very good breakfast. rather expensive for what it is, especially the dinner.

  Disliked: room is extremely small (typical for AMS) and the check-in staff seemed very confused about many things giving us strange directions even to find the restaurant (that was right by reception!) likely a language thing. dinner was expensive and just OK.

Please note that the hotel will authorize the credit card with the costs of the first night. This is not a payment but only a pre-authorization to check the vailidity of the credit card.

Please note that baby cots can be placed in all rooms upon request.

Guests are kindly requested to note that if they wish to check out after 12:00, they will be charged for every additional hour. If checking out after 18:00 an extra night will be charged.

As the same, with reservations of more than 5 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.

Only one dog or cat weighing less than 20 kg is allowed in Double Souterraine rooms (on request). Supplement of €25 per night/pet and deposit of €200.If you are coming with your pet, please inform us in advance so that we can have everything you need.
