Liked: Staff were nice and helpful, excellent location, comfy room with good value

Disliked: Bedbugs! As soon as I went to bed I got swarmed and it looks like this has been ongoing for a while from other reviews

  Did the job

Liked: In a really great location. It was very basic and small but did the job, the bed was very comfy and thought the room space although small was good.

Disliked: Was a little bit worn in some areas and couldn’t probably have a few extra features, like coffee things in your room/bedside table. The staff maybe give a little bit more in for on the room/codes and lockers.

  Ciao Papa Hotel Amsterdam

Liked: The location was good and close to the station. Staff were very helpful, especially taking our bags up to our room with a very steep staircase and no lift.

Disliked: The hotel has no lift and being on the 4th floor with a very steep spiral staircase was not at all ideal. There was nothing mentioned on booking.com about not having a lift, had we known we would not have stayed there.
