  compact rooms. Very comfortable lobby area

  Liked: excellent location, a few mins walk from the train/metro station, and convenient to RAI. 20 mins walk to city centre, or a few mins by train/metro. Staff at hotel were very friendly/helpful.

  Disliked: I didn't love the ipad technology which controlled lighting, the TV, air con/heating, window coverings - I personally prefer a light switch/tv remote/open or close blinds myself.

  Staff was amazing…Was expensive stay, expected better as previously stayed at Citizen M in Paris and that was a lot bett

CitizenM Amsterdam South is a cashless hotel. Reservation should be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Guests can also prepay the reservation before arrival, free of charge. Please note that not all rooms have bathroom facilities for the disabled. Please contact the hotel before your trip to inquire about the availability of mobility-accessible room features. Non refundable rates require payment within 48 hours after confirmation.

The hotel will send you a secured pay link within 24 hours to complete the payment. Check-in and check-out is done at the self-service terminal.
