  Liked: 15 min walk from the central station, a clean and comfortable hotel, with 24/7 reception. A comfortable bed and good though not too spacious I could leave the language after checking out. Basic but sufficient breakfast.

  Excellent hotel and highly recommended

  Liked: Honestly it was beyond my expectation to a 3 star hotel in Amsterdam Centraal, very clean and the staff very nice and supportive, will be back for sure.

  Disliked: One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The building is extremely old, dirty, smelly and so poorly maintained that I genuinely felt like it could collapse. The room had a terrible view, everything felt neglected, and there was not even hot water! This property needs a complete renovation, not a three-star hotel rating. It is absolutely disgraceful that they charge such high prices for these unacceptable conditions. Terrible value for money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Great location and lovely day staff, but some issues let the stay down

  Liked: The day staff was super helpful and warm. The location is fantastic! We were there for ADE so we returned quite late but the reception is 24/7 so access was never an issue. Coffee was fantastic too.

  Disliked: The room was a bit chilly - there was a radiator but windows did not close fully so we needed to turn it all the way up + from the gap there was water was dripping in the room when it rained. The bathroom has no towel rail or any kind of heating so it was freezing all night, including the floor. Some bugs on the pillow after cleaning too - we woke up with some rashes on our face Night staff was a bit rude and not very helpful.
