There are NO DOORS on the bedrooms

Liked: Good location, clean and well equipped but please do read the cons.

Disliked: There were NO DOORS on the bedrooms! A read of the fine print does somewhat suggest this, and I confess to not having read it, but even if I had there's not a chance I'd have thought it meant there were NO DOORS on the bedrooms. Why? In what world would this ever be useful? Certainly not when 5 grown adults are sharing an apartment. I am still utterly astonished and if it hadn't been so ridiculous that we were laughing, we'd have been crying and not in a good way.

Liked: near the bus stop, and other collective transportation. Very near KFC where we ate everyday. Near the grocery stores which was very convenient.

Disliked: No ramp, but not a big problem really.

    Great stay!

Liked: The location was great. The staff were wonderful. The layout of the place, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet, was brilliant.

Disliked: It could have done with more shelves in the bathroom to put our toothbrushes and everything else and leave them in the bathroom because there wasn't enough shelf and hanging space there. Also, the sofa bed in the living room was quite squeaky. You could hear the spring throughout the night, so it just meant that whenever there was any movement, it made noise across the whole apartment.

Liked: The apartment was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Basic cooking utensils. Good to have a separate table for eating. Ca. 45 to 50 min to city center. Otherwise some public transport close by but we didn't use that.

Disliked: Very expensive for what it is even though it is far from the centre but that's Amsterdam. Mattresses both on bed and sofabed could use renewing. Ventilation vent directly above the bed was very noisy as was the noise from the motorway. Very little washing up liquid and only 1 tab for dish washer but we probably could've asked for more. With only 4 sets of everything one either has to do the washing up by hand or waste water with very little in the dish washer. We also wanted to upgrade our apartment on the day of arrival as we saw online that it was only 50€ more on the day but for some internal reason an upgrade was impossible unless we would've paid an extra 300€ which was odd.

A lovely home away from home in Amsterdam, made even more special by the wonderful people who work there!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! What stood out the most was how kind, friendly and genuinely helpful the staff were. They went out of their way to help us when we needed support, and we truly appreciated it. The apartments were spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and we honestly felt right at home. The location was another big plus, as getting around Amsterdam was easy and convenient. Everything about our stay made us feel welcome and comfortable. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam!

Disliked: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. What really made a difference was the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful and always happy to assist. They were also there for us when we needed a little extra help, which meant a lot. It’s not every day that you come across such lovely and caring people. We left with wonderful memories and a real sense of gratitude.

    Good location, pocket friendly

Liked: Very Friendly Staff. We had a lovely 3-day stay at Cityden Bolo with our two small children. Everything went smoothly, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding. We especially appreciated their kindness and understanding regarding a little incident (Material Damage caused by small child )during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily book here again if we visit Amsterdam in the future. Highly recommended!
