  Spacious room, great location

  Liked: Spacious room, possibility to store our luggage after checking out. The hotel is well located, very near to the park. You can easily walk to Museumplein (less than 30minutes). You can also quickly reach Schiphol airport. The tram stop is 5 to 10 minutes.

  Disliked: The app for the check in /check out was a bit confusing and didn't work properly, but you can easily check in or out at the reception.

  Not fit for a semi-long stay

  Liked: The bike rental service is very easy. The hotel is in a nice location, close to the Vondelpark.

  Disliked: The room was quite small, with no place to store your luggage if you're staying a few days, the wifi broke down for 2 days without any solution provided by the staff, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price (I understand it's all organic, but it was basic)

  A cozy, eco-friendly stay with amazing sleep and delicious breakfast!

  Liked: The bed was incredibly comfortable, with fresh, clean bedding — I slept amazingly well! I also appreciated being able to adjust the room temperature. I love the hotel's eco-friendly concept, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast!

  Disliked: The soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was quite noticeable.

  Liked: The location was good and central.

  Disliked: The room was not clean. There weren’t any food offerings besides ordering breakfast, a few cookies, etc. The housekeeping was not cleaning the room thoroughly, in 5 nights, the sheets were not changed, but only the bed done.

  A great place to stay if you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, while still being within e

  Liked: Nicely set up, just off Vondelpark. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with tram links either in front of it or less than 5mins walk. The arrangements of reception/cafe/bar/breakfast/remote work areas works well and never felt crowded. The room was spacious enough and everything was very clean too. Added bonus their sustainability approach.

  Terrible value for money in Amsterdam

  Liked: The location was kind of okay, nothing to rave about..you're kind of just outside of every area you might want to go to. Thankfully the tram stops right in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly at all times!

  Disliked: The overload of emails, whatsapp messages before and during the stay is overwhelming, their app doesn't correctly show all you information either. The value for money is insanely poor! You get the smallest double room imaginable, you can't even open a suitcase on the floor...but they give you a hula hoop?! For what exactly?! The rooms lack the very basics..no iron, no ironing board, you cannot adjust the room temperature, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything happening around you...not to worry as there are free earplugs in a jar on reception. The water pressure is absolutely terrible in the showers, they say ohh it's because we are eco conscious, it's set this was so you use less water..no..it's clearly because the plumbing is half a century old and you won't replace it. The fittings and the furniture are all showing their age, scratches, paint chipping galore! If this was half the price of what it is, then no issues with expectations, but as it stands, this is a very expensive hotel for what you actually get.
