  Liked: I Just liked the view.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant, and we were very disappointed with the overall quality of our stay. First of all, the beds were not comfortable, and the rooms lacked basic amenities, including a refrigerator. The room was also extremely cold, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The breakfast was another disappointment. The quality and variety were poor, and when food items ran out, they were not replenished promptly, leaving guests with very limited options. Considering the price we paid, the breakfast was definitely not worth the money. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor. In our room (Room 130), it was extremely difficult to connect to the internet, and the connection was unreliable. Furthermore, on our first day, we were given a dark room with windows that offered practically no view. Although some rooms in the hotel have nice views, we did not get to enjoy that initially. Overall, we did not have a good experience at this hotel. The only potential positive aspect was the view from certain rooms, but even that was not part of our initial experience. Considering the high price we paid, the quality of the accommodation, facilities, and services was simply not acceptable. We expected much better and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

  Comfortable stay at a good price point in a great location

  Liked: Brilliant location, easy to find and tram stop a few minutes away. Lots to do and see in the immediate area but easy to explore further afield. The building itself and the downstairs cafe/ shop area are very nice.

  Disliked: The bathroom cleanliness could be improved - looked like mould in the shower that needed an intensive clean rather than a wipe over.

  Excellent hotel, staff and location, bad breakfast

  Liked: The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location is very good, you can get a tram into the city center or the south of Amsterdam into the Jordaan area very easily. And the scenery around the hotel is great.

  Disliked: The breakfast offered is bad, there's a small array of foods available, and often the hot food is luke warm. Im my opinion its not worth the 22 euros its priced at.
