  Amazing

  Liked: Everything is just amazing; the rooms are super clean and the wellness area was incredible, with saunas, a pool, and a quiet room. There are so many possibilities in one place; it is really fantastic! In a two-minute walk, you can take the metro to the center of Amsterdam, a 20-minute ride away. The employees had the patience and time to answer all our questions and provide advice and tips on how to reach places around the hotel. I must mention some employees: Francisco, Victor da Silva, and Rui. They really care about making visitors feel comfortable, answering and explaining everything that is asked. Special thanks to them! First class.

  Liked: The room are super comfortable and the wellness is a a must for a perfect stay. The hotel is close to the centre (25 min by tram) and there is a parking for the cars (25€/night)

  Short family break in Amsterdam

  Liked: Everything, although it's around 20 minutes from the city center on the metro, it's a great base, the rooms were lovely and spacious, breakfast was excellent, the staff really friendly and has the added bonus of the pool and spa facilities that can be used

  Disliked: There is very little wrong with the hotel if I had to say anything it would be that you had to pay for flipflops to use the swimming pool, they were £8 euros a pair.

  Disliked: Very picky but no English breakfast tea. Asked at reception. Explained not supplied! Changing rooms for the spa are to small however spa itself is lovely

Guests are required to wear swimwear and slippers when accessing the spa. Please note that Vitality Spa Amsterdam is not accessible for persons under 18 years of age. The swimming pool at Vitality Spa is only accessible to spa guests. Vitality Spa Amsterdam is exclusively open for women every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 to 17:30. Reservations are required for Ladies Afternoon. The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorization on your card prior to arrival. A deposit of €50 per night will be charged to your card at check-in for incidentals. Any unused credit will be released upon check-out.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
