  A comfortable and pleasant stay, with good sports facilities and an excellent location right next to Ajax Stadium. Overa

  Liked: The Hotel were good and met my expectations. The sports and fitness facilities were sufficient for my needs, and I was able to maintain my workout routine comfortably. Its location right next to Ajax Stadium was also a great advantage.

  Disliked: I don’t have any particular complaints. Everything was generally fine. However, it would have been nice if a toothbrush and toothpaste had been provided.

  Great hotel, perfect if you're new to Amsterdam

  Liked: Great location for attending concerts at the Arena, easy to get to from the airport using public transport or taxis, short walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants, friendly staff, comfortable beds, large twin room.

  Disliked: No tables available at the restaurant when we checked in unfortunately. Room service menu limited and doesn't cater to food intolerances.

  Liked: Our room was on Level 6 and was very clean. The service was excellent, especially from Anna at the Front Office, who went the extra mile to help me with my car charging. More importantly, I accidentally left behind a gold ring with great sentimental value. I only realised it was missing when I was already on the ferry. I immediately called the hotel, and Anna answered the phone. She was extremely helpful and informed me that the ring had been found. She quickly sent me a postal payment link so that the ring could be returned to me in the UK. The only minor issue was that the first postage link was in Dutch, which was difficult for me to understand. However, I translated it into English, completed the payment, and sent the shipping label back. I am very grateful for Anna's outstanding customer service and the hotel's honesty and efficiency in handling my lost item. Thank you for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

  Disliked: Although I checked in at 10 pm, when i asked for late check out, I was told that I will be charged 10 euros for every extra hour after 12 pm

  Classy and fabulous Hotel

  Liked: The hotel is so classy and the facilities were good. The hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The hotel location is good for transportation especially if you are using the metro or train.
