  Disliked: The stairs horrible, espcially with heavy bags, too narrow, no mini bar, no kettle and the heater stop working 2nd night, there was parr brooken in the window, it was room 403

  Disliked: The stairs. The light being above your head in bed, impossible to not hit your head on it once. All no smoking rooms! No choice. No refreshments only a vending machine which only accepts coins.

Please note that Budget Dam Hotel's reception is located on the first floor of 32 Damrak Street, in the building next to the hotel. This building offers 24/7 reception.

Please note there is no elevator available and the reception is located on the first floor.

Hotel will do pre-authorization for first night room rates to guarantee the reservation, this amount will unblock around 15 bank working days automatically.

Please note that guests are requested to bring the credit card that was made to make the booking. If this is not possible, guests are required to bring a copy of the credit card with approval and a photo copy of the credit card holder ID card or passport.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
