  It was pleasant and comfortable

Liked: The location and size of room. The helpful staff. The breakfast variety.

Disliked: The no snacks policy. The room not having tea making facilities or a shower cap. The lift scared me because it’s open and makes cracking sounds.

A great location for a single overnight stay in Amsterdam. Good for what it cost

Liked: This is a budget tourist hotel in a great location for exploring the city. We got what we paid for. The staff were absolutely excellent and the breakfast room was good with a view onto the street.

Disliked: The whole hotel was a little old and tired. But this is in line with what you'd expect at this price in this area.

  Amsterdam Central location

Liked: Just a few minutes from the train station.. everything is walking distance.

Disliked: Rooms could be updated. Outlets are old and worn. Light switches need to be replaced by newer ones
