  Liked: Favio went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

  Disliked: We had no idea that there are 2 Hilton Hotels in Amsterdam and the location of the one we originally thought we booked would definitely be more central.

  No hospitality. Great ADE location

  Liked: Great location

  Disliked: The staff was blunt. Our room wasn’t ready at 15:00 and had to wait 30min before it was ready. The staff were very unsupportive. For a €400 hotel room for one night, that is not acceptable.

  Great hotel at great location

  Liked: Great hotel verry modern, nice view from room. Everything was clean, and good bed. It is at a busy social location with Restaurant bars

  Disliked: Miner tip if you are a light sleeper, there are sometimes event outside next to the hotel. Although it is wel insulated you can still hear some noises. Although they stop later at night.

  Comfortable stay with excellent staff and minor drawbacks

  Liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of facilities available. We also enjoyed the beautiful city view from our window. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the luggage storage facility after checkout was a great bonus.

  Disliked: The only downsides were that the lighting in the room was quite dim and the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, which was a little inconvenient.
