  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Great room and good breakfast

  Liked: The room was one of the best layouts and made good use of the space. The facility was simple and clean. Very pleasing. The breakfast was awesome.

  Disliked: It’s a bit out of the way. Although it’s a couple of blocks to the train station. But it’s 2+ miles to the museums.

  Overrated, good customer service but everything else is mediocre at best. I do not recommend!

  Liked: The hotel is well overrated. I'll tell you why: When you walk into a 9.0 rated hotel you expect excellence. This is not the case. Element Hotel is mediocre at best. Nice customer service, good breakfast, They track your data with the Wi-Fi (not dedicated ). Aircon that can not be stopped. Even when stopped, at 3 AM it resets itself to 19 C at full fan speed. When taking a shower water leaks out of the bath screen on the floor. Not close to train station despite the booking advert. 1 km to Zuid Station. During work days there is a shuttle 461 that can take you there but weekends you rely only on bus 62 which comes once every 30 -50 minutes. Not good option when you're in a hurry.

  Disliked: On top of the aircon, location and bathroom problems, they locked us out of the room twice. Despite our explanation of funds delay in our business account it happened twice during our stay. We sorted things in the end but not a pleasant experience nonetheless. Based on the above I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
