The dorm room given to us was very very small, bathroom with drainage problem

Disliked: We opted for our breakfast in booking. com website, but it was booked without breakfast

Good for a one night stay

Liked: Fab chill out space, comfy bed with curtains, en-suite bathroom (not had this in a hostel before)

Disliked: The en-suite was also a negative as meant people got ready in the room rather than a bathroom down the corridor so noisier within the room. And no kitchen or access even to water (once the bar closed) which meant no fridge or kettle etc Quite a walk from the centre

the worst stay of my life

Liked: the view and that's not even their effort.

Disliked: I rarely leave negative reviews. I usually contact management, but doubt anyone here listens. Here's what happened: 1. CHECK-IN: We waited 15 minutes outside because the door required a room card we didn't yet have, and nobody answered the bell. Another guest finally let us in. Despite online check-in, we faced a queue; the self-service kiosks incorrectly said our room wasn't ready. 2. STAFF: Our first impression was an employee saying she wasn't “paid enough to care.” That defined the stay: excuses and no action. 3. CLEANLINESS: The room had hair and dust on the floor, and no tissues. I had to find a cleaner and show her photos before anything was done. 4. VIEW: Lovely view. Unfortunately, it was the only highlight. 5. BATHROOM: Weak water pressure, and shower gel never refilled despite three requests. 6. SHOWER: Missing rubber seals left a large puddle after every shower. We reported it three times; it was repaired only 12 hours before checkout. 7. HOUSEKEEPING: We requested cleaning repeatedly on day two, from both shifts. Nobody came. By day three, a night receptionist saw the dirty, wet floor himself and blamed staffing issues. 8. THE BED: We paid for a KING bed but received two small beds pushed together, with separate mattresses and one duvet. They slid apart while we slept, and WE FELL. After complaining, staff simply fastened the frames with plastic ties. Even the night receptionist was shocked and took photos. Despite promises, there was no meaningful solution or compensation. Yet the hotel charged us €15 for checkout at 1 p.m. 9. APOLOGY: One employee offered breakfast after we'd already eaten, then coffee vouchers. Hardly reasonable. This was the worst hotel stay I've experienced. I expect a standard apology, excuses or perhaps a denial, but none changes the fact that we paid for services we did not receive. Save your hard-earned money and book elsewhere.

    Very dirty and unhygienic

Liked: I‘ve never seen such a dirty hotel room. Other than that with no change to get fresh air in, it was the most uncomfortable stay I had my whole life. There was hair everywhere in the room, crumbs under the bed and basically dust everywhere. After we told the reception, they did absolutely nothing.

Disliked: Actually everything expect the location that was ok.

    Liked: It was clean

Disliked: Breakfast was below reasonable standard for the price of it. If you come when breakfast starts, it would be worth about 7-8€. But come 30 min before breakfast end and almost everything is empty. Even the single coffee machine was out of water and milk. We had to try and build a breakfast from a few slices of cucumber, oatmeal (not müsli), yoghurt and chickpeas. (Egg, ham, cheese, bread, tomatoes was finished)
