  Liked: Central location, historical building and great interior design. Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful and spa is available.

  Disliked: Room on ground floor was directly above delivery entrance, door did not close perfectly so it was very noisy, especially with guest thinking to play piano loudly befoee 08:00 is great entertainment (usage should be limited to adequate time slots.

  Our stay was amazing staff very helpful. Unfortunately we had a few issues with our room which led to us having to move

  Rather Glum

  Liked: WiFi was good and bar staff very friendly.

  Disliked: The hotel and the room was dated, gloomy and the furnishing were scratched and in need of refurbishment. On one day out of the three, adequate supplies were left in the room by cleaning staff. On the other two days there was a shortage. Very inconsistent cleaning and replenishing room services. Not what you would expect from a so called 5 star hotel.

  Liked: Location is very good

  Disliked: Swimming pool apparently out of order for months. Breakfast was average, the free upgrade felt like no upgrade at all.
