Enjoyed our time there, the staff were welcoming, cheerful, efficient and helpful at all times

Liked: My wife(who is also my carer) and I were accommodated in room 300 at Hampton by Hilton Central East from 2nd Sept 2026 Thru 8th Sept 2026 and found the room suited our needs perfectly. The bed, which was 'king' size is the most comfortable we have slept in,and the toilet/hygiene facilities were more than adequate for people with my degree of disability

Disliked: I do not know whether or not the issue I am about raise is within the hotels ability to redress, but the approach to the hotel from the footpath in a wheelchair or on a mobility scooter on that cobbled surface is a test of endurance for both man and machine. It would be greatly appreciated by people who are obliged to use a mobility aid if a metre wide strip of tarmac could be laid from the footpath to the hotel entrance.
