  Great location and comfortable room

  Liked: The location was ideal. Just off Dam Square. Facilities were simple, but everything needed for a short stay.

  Disliked: Nothing really. Only slight issue was we couldn’t use the safe, but not really necessary for this stay.

  Liked: The location is perfect. Everything is accessible by foot, the room was clean and everything was provided. I would recommend a safe closet to store luggage before check-in and after check-out.

  Liked: Location. Busy area but didn’t think it was loud. Bike rental right next to it. Easy to find. Provide fans for heat.

  Disliked: Nothing. But side note this hotel has the classic Amsterdam stairs so need to be able to climb up steep stairs. Not good for individuals who struggle with this

  Disliked: Stairs were the steepest I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The bed covers full of hair, bathroom too.
