  Less than expected!!!

Liked: There was a view from our room, although the water was almost eye level.

Disliked: The staff was less than friendly. Needed new batteries for the TV remote, was told to bring the remote to the desk instead of them coming to fix it. Also told if that wasn’t the problem they would fix it tomorrow!

Comfy stay but a bit noisy if it's a river view room

Liked: 1. River room is big and has nice view. 2. The breakfast is very fresh, with nice bread & coffee 3. Staff is also nice and polite 4. It's not close to the central station, but the distance is not too far away

Disliked: 1. If it's the river view room, then every hour the bell from the church is a bit disturbing 2. It's not that noise prevention 3. The AC is not working so well, a bit cold in October.

Good location and a lovely long weekend

Liked: Good central location..Rooms were clean and comfortable overlooking the canal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel.

Disliked: Rented an umbrella for €3. We was there for 3 nights, and thought this covered the whole stay, but noticed my credit card was charged with an additional £14 when I got home.
