Wry friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable stay. Gave us a kettle for the room

Disliked: Very steep stairs. Had to be careful with the luggage.
Liked: Hotel was an excellent location, right in the thick of it. Made getting about very easy. Excellent location.

Great staff but to have absolutely no coffee machine in room or at reception is terrible
Liked: Staff were great. Stairs were difficult for my partner No coffee machine in room or in reception which is criminal these days.
