  Excellent

Liked: Excellent price-quality-price in the expensive city of Amsterdam. Breakfast included and shared bathroom and shower for each 4 rooms. The bathroom and shower were clean and I never had to wait. My check-in was late at night but they were very kind. You can find free cookies and sweets in the reception, as well as soap and champoo. The location is great, with an Albert Hein just next door.

Disliked: Everything was great, but perhaps the breakfast may vary a bit each two days or similar.

  Great service, bedbugs present

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Unfortunately, I woke up at 5:30am with bedbug bites on my hand. Throughout the morning and afternoon I discovered several more bites. The individual I was sharing a washroom with was not clean and smelled horrible.

Liked: Nice vibe and staff so helpful. Cute cat but rooms really need modernised. Felt worn. Dated. Thin walls. Location was brilliant and breakfast good included in price. Bargain.

  Disliked: Thin duvet
