  Very Disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort and location.

Disliked: Didn't like that we paid a lot extra for a city view (which we had on a previous visit), to end up with a room at the back of the hotel with a view of a street in the city. Both rooms advertised as Superior Room with City View. No comparison in the two rooms.

Perfect location right in the heart of Amsterdam. Friendly staff and a comfortable room, what more could you ask for
