Bed bugs!!
Liked: The location was very convenient for visiting museums in Amsterdam. The rooms were fairly modern.
Disliked: I found a bed bug and several bites on myself the first morning. They let me switch rooms but it's too soon to tell if more bites will appear. Now I have to do a very expensive and inconvenient decontamination process of all my belongings when I arrive home to make sure I didn't bring them with me, and the hotel didn't offer anything other than free breakfast (which I did not want anyway) one day.
Liked: Good location, clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: There was a loud dripping - like a leaking gutter right outside that kept me awake!

Liked: Location. In museum quarter with many restaurants within 5 min walk. Two Airport express bus stops near hotel. Ditto city centre tram stops. Daily housekeeping with towel and sheet change. Very clean. Has a lift. In quiet street.
Disliked: Nothing but bathroom (but not shower) tight for large people
